So much to say so little time

So guess what. I'm finished with classes! I still have finals this coming week, but after that I'm done. Free. Done. Out into the wide world of no-classes-but-that-means-no-christmas-spring-or-summer-breaks-ness. Have I found a job? Not exactly. I am, however working on a possible business endeavor that I think you all will find VERY interesting. I will be happy to share it with you... once I actually know what's going on.

In other news, I did purchase a car. I was a few days after that post, actually. I bought a 2008 Kia Rio for $10,600. My first car payment is due on September 14th. Just one more way I'm leaping into the world of true adulthood! Well, almost. I am going to be moving back in with my mother on the 29th. My lease is up and since the BF and I don't have jobs, we need an inbetween place. That's going to be my mom's house for.. well... however long I need to stay there. It looks pretty much like this:

I love it! It's cute, small, gets good gas mileage (25 MPG City), and has a 4 star safety rating. Not to mention I got the loan by myself without a cosigner! I was pretty happy about that. =)

Anywho, I've been knitting away at a couple of projects. I have a pair of fingerless mitts I made for the BF's birthday, as well as a pair for me (That aren't actually finished yet). I also am on the bind off of Damson (Ravel It!), the first pattern in Ysolda's Whimsical Little Knits 2. I have to say I'm pretty smitten with the first two patterns already. Not to mention her new Vine Yoke Cardigan in the Fall 2009 Twist Collective. For some reason I am drawn to almost all of her designs. I think she's a brilliant designer.

Hopefully there will be some photo laden FO posts in my future, Once I'm done test taking, moving, painting, and graduating.
