Boing!

Boing! I could be talking blogging about a lot of different things, none of them are very important but I've thought about blogging all of them.

I made Cuban Coffee Chili the other day and it was delicious. I served it with brown rice and corn bread. I loved it. It was even better as leftovers.

Tonight the BF and I are going out to a nice restaurant for Valentine's day. For Christmas I got a gift card to a Cameron Mitchell restaurant, and so we're going to have some up-scale italian food at Marcella's (That's Mar-chel-la's). I'm really looking forward to it.

I've had not very much time for knitting. Last night I spent some time with the Chur Relic Purse, ripping and reknitting. I realized I don't have much time to finish it and I also have 2 final papers to write in the same space of time. Blech.

I have like 8+ projects on the needles. I think I have knitting ADD. I'm not finishing anything which I'm not too happy about, so I end up just casting on more projects. I think during exams/Spring break I'm just going to crack down and finish some stuff. I'd be finishing more stuff for *me* except now I have to work on the Chur Relic Purse for my History class.

I'm enjoying Latinos in Lotusland so far, but I'm not enjoying the class I'm reading it for. At all.

I should be getting a swap pacakge from the Caffeine Addicts' swap over on Ravelry. My swap partner got hers on Tuesday. She posted pics in her blog, check it out if you want. I had a really good time putting it together and I think it's my best swap package yet! =)

I'm hungry, but saving it for dinner tonight. =)

I think that's all for now.

Oh that chili sounds wonderous :) I'm same way with knitting... I have so many things on the needles it is hard to keep track!

I agree, it's definitely your best package yet :)
I've gotten much better about my knitting ADD, but still have to many WIPs. If my cousins would stop having babies...I could stop making presents. Then I could work on my knitting :P
Cuban coffee chili...interesting, may have to try that...

We have a gift card to Cameron Mitchell's, too. Haven't used ours yet, though, and we've had it for quite a while :)
